date of eligibility—Councils must be
in good standing as of this date to be allowed voting
privileges at the 2005 Congress meeting. Any council
officially declared "not in good standing" by the national
board of trustees can attend the National Leadership
Conference but cannot vote at the Sunday Congress meeting.

NLC Registration Form and payment to avoid late registration
fee. (Standard registration rate is $225; late registration
is $275.)
