Do Your Part – Eat Camp Fire USA Candy

Did You Know?
If stored properly, most chocolate has a shelf-life of more than one year?

The cocoa in dark and milk chocolate make them harmful to dogs?

Camp Fire USA candy helps support local youth in your community?

Camp Fire USA youth members have been selling Camp Fire candy since the early 1950s. Through the years, thousands of young people have helped earn money for their councils while learning valuable skills.

Camp Fire USA's Candy Sale is unrestricted revenue that is used to fund outstanding programs through the operating budget. When you buy our delicious candy, you're supporting important activities for youth in your community!

Learning and Earning
Have you seen a Camp Fire USA kid selling candy at your grocery store or retail outlet?

Has your neighborhood Camp Fire USA member asked you to purchase candy?

Have you seen and heard about the Candy Sale in your local community?

Camp Fire USA members are doing more than supporting their organization when they sell candy. They are learning valuable skills! Across the nation, children of all ages are selling candy for a good cause. This experience teaches youth to:

  • plan
  • set goals
  • manage money
  • improve communication
  • provide service to the community
  • work together
Get Involved!
If you are interested in joining your local Camp Fire USA efforts to teach kids important skills while helping to support Camp Fire, volunteers are always needed. Contact your local council to become a member of the Candy Sale team. Opportunities are always available for committee members, site coordinators and more! Your company can get involved, too.
