Camp Fire USA’s mission is to build caring, confident youth and future leaders. 

Five essential elements derived from the mission statement and core values drive every program we offer: 
1. We are youth-centered. 
2. We engage the entire family in fun and outcome-rich activities. 
3. We are welcoming and inclusive. 
4. We build youth and adult partnerships.
5. We provide service to others. 

In Camp Fire USA programs, youth meet regularly in small groups with other youth and participate in a variety of activities. Youth develop partnerships with adults as they build self-esteem and master skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. Club members have the opportunity to earn recognition items as they complete special projects.
