Ms. Elizabeth Darling National Board Chair President/CEO OneStar Foundation Austin, TX
Elizabeth Darling is a highly accomplished public service leader with a broad background in public policy, community development and social service delivery at the local, state and federal levels, as well as extensive experience in community affairs. In 2009, Texas Governor Rick Perry appointed Elizabeth as the President and CEO of OneStar Foundation: Texas Center for Social Impact. She was named Woman of the Year in Nonprofit and Social Services by the National Association of Professional and Executive Women (NAPEW). Previously, she was Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) in Washington DC. Elizabeth also served as Deputy Secretary of the Maryland Department of Human Resources. |

Bill Favara is a self-employed consultant. He currently provides consulting services for a variety of companies and clients in both the financial and technology sectors. In addition, he is a practicing CPA with a boutique practice serving clients in the US and EMEA. He sits on two other nonprofit organizations. |
Mr. Richard Goldfarb Senior Vice President National Geographic Channels/FOX Cable Networks New York, NY
Rich Goldfarb is Senior Vice President of Media Sales for the National Geographic Channels. Mr. Goldfarb is responsible for overseeing all advertiser sales relating to National Geographic Channel and two year old, Nat Geo Wild, as well as channel digital platforms (NGC.com, NGC On Demand). He directs the sales efforts of Fox Cable Networks sales offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Detroit. Additionally, he has contributed to the development and execution of several major National Geographic cross-platform initiatives, including global media partnerships. Prior to that, Goldfarb was Senior Vice President, NBC Cable National Ad Sales and CNBC Syndication Sales and Marketing. |

Ms. Lauren Lampe National Youth Advisory Cabinet Chair Camp Fire Adahi Council. Mohnton, PA
Lauren Lampe is a freshman at McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland. She has participated in Camp Fire programs for 13 years. Over that time, Lauren worked as a junior program director and lifeguard at Camp Adahi, a Camp Fire camp in Pennsylvania. Lauren plans to study sign language and create her own major. As Advisory Cabinet Chair and national Trustee, she looks forward to getting more youth involved in Camp Fire nationally and locally. |
Mr. Orion Matthews President Design-PT, Inc Oxfordshire, Oxford
Orion Matthews is an expert in non-profit technology and an entrepreneur. He is the founder and current CEO of Alaska's largest non-profit technology consulting firm, Design-PT, which serves hundreds of clients across the State of Alaska and Pacific Northwest. With a management style inspired by Dale Carnegie he enjoys building teams of people with a shared vision who are enthusiastic and honest. Orion believes that most business deals and partnerships should be simple to explain and a "win-win" for those involved. An avid supporter of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Orion is involved in creative ways to encourage people to pursue a STEM career. He first learned to program in BASIC on the Apple II while attending a Camp Fire after school program. |

Mr. Dennis McMillian National Board Vice-Chair President The Foraker Group Anchorage, AK
Dennis has devoted his professional career to helping nonprofit organizations better meet the needs of their communities. In 1992, he joined United Way of Anchorage as CEO. He has helped build the state's philanthropic infrastructure through his work with United Ways and through his support in developing the Alaska Community Foundation. In 2001, Dennis led creation of The Foraker Group, missioned to build sustainability and organizational capacity in Alaska nonprofits. He has trained thousands of professionals and volunteers and consulted across America, Canada, Asia and Russia. He serves on committees at United Way Worldwide and the Council on Foundations. He sits on the board of Nature Conservancy in Alaska and Camp Fire's National Board of Trustees. |
Ms. Zem Neill President/CEO Camp Fire First Texas Council Fort Worth, TX
Zem Neill is the President and CEO of Camp Fire First Texas Council. Zem is leader of one of the largest and most active Camp Fire Councils in the nation. A long time youth advocate, Zem has received many awards for her accomplishments. She is actively involved in Women's Policy Forum, United Way and various college advisory boards. |

Ms. CiCi Rojas Vice President Truman Medical Center Kansas City, MO
CiCi Rojas is Vice President of Community Engagement for Truman Medical Centers (TMC) in Kansas City, Missouri. As Vice President, CiCi pursues, innovative revenue opportunities that enable TMC to become more community focused and patient-centered as it opens non-traditional avenues of service and sustainability.
Previously, Ms. Rojas served as CEO for both the Kansas City and Dallas (TX) Hispanic Chambers of Commerce as well as Vice President of Strategic Alliance for the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Rojas is an award winning and nationally recognized community leader and business and policy advocate.

Ms. Deanna Carlson Stacy, MSW Former Executive Director Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute Washington, DC
Deanna has spent the past 17 years in the non-profit and government sectors serving as an advocate and leader on behalf of children. She has strategically worked on child welfare and adoption reform efforts with the White House, the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Corporation for National and Community Service, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She served as Executive Director of the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI) from 2005 - 2008 and as the Associate Director of the HHS Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives from 2002 - 2005. Prior to that, she ran her own consulting business assisting non-profits and governments with their faith-based and community initiatives. She is the author of The Welfare of My Neighbor: Living out Christ's Love for the Poor (1999). Deanna holds a Master of Social Work from California State University Long Beach. She currently is a full-time mom to her two young children. |

Ms. Quanah Crossland Stamps, MA Director Community Strategies 360 Arlington, VA
Quanah has 24 years of experience in project management, including designing, financing and implementing community based social and economic development programs, services and initiatives. Her work with Community Strategies 360 includes leading consulting teams and supporting small business, non-profits and the government sector in community need assessments, grant cultivation, contract management, data collection, compliance reporting and project impact evaluations. She previously worked as a Commissioner for the Administration for Native Americans within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She received her Bachelor's in Acquisition Management Systems and her Master's in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University. She has spent a significant amount of her time volunteering for international initiatives and has several articles published in The American Indian Report. She currently resides in Arlington, VA. |

Volunteer experiences include service commitments and regular support of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Horizon Academy, Rainbow Center, Community LINC, Harvesters Community Food Network and others. |

Ms. Cathy Tisdale President and CEO Camp Fire Kansas City, MO
Cathy began her career as an educator in 1975. She joined the America Red Cross in 1978; serving in regional and chapter leadership roles and at National Headquarters over the next 27 years. In 1999, she joined Booz-Allen & Hamilton as a senior management consultant tasked with building the External Communications Strategy and Plan for the IRS Modernization effort.In 2007, Cathy joined Girl Scouts of the USA National Headquarters and led the successful, groundbreaking consolidation of 312 councils to 112 councils, completing the effort ahead of schedule. She also led a new approach to assessing and increasing organization capacity and effectiveness, aligned to strategy. In 2010, Cathy was appointed President and CEO of Camp Fire, a 102 year old organization dedicated to the development of America's youth as citizens and leaders. As a member of The Human Services Assembly, Cathy was recently appointed Chair of the National Collaboration on Youth. |
